Hurricane Fusillade Challenge Results

The Wake Tech Golf Team finished second on Monday, March 23rd in the two day Hurricane Fusillade Challenge hosted by Louisburg College. The tournament was held at Bull Creek Golf & Country Club in Louisburg.
Wake Tech shot a combined score of 607. Louisburg College was the winning team with a score of 595. There were a total of 10 teams competing in the event.
Coming home from the event, the golf team brought 3 awards; second place overall, second place for most points in second, and our own Scott Colley finished second place out of 51 golfers with a two day total of 145.
Other notable Wake Tech golfers include David Toune, who finished with the low round of 72 on Monday and a tie for 9th place and Matt Yost, who finished in a tie for 14th place.
