Interest:
Please tell us about your interest in athletics at Wake Tech by completing the Athletics Questionnaire form.
Participation:
Student athletes must meet the requirements established by the NJCAA.
Before tryouts, you must:
- Complete a WTCC Sports Medicine Packet
. - Submit packet to the Athletic Department (Student Services Building, Rooms 019 & 021 – Main Campus)
If you attended tryouts and were chosen for a team, the following paperwork must be completed:
- NJCAA Eligibility Form
- Publicity Release Form
- Print, fill out, and sign both forms.
