The tryout is open to current Wake Tech students that are registered full-time.  In order to participate, you must bring the following:

1.  A copy of your Fall 2009 class schedule - indicating that you are registered for 12 full-time credit hrs. at WTCC.
2.  A completed WTCC Sports Medicine Packet (physical), signed and stamped by a physician (can be downloaded in the ‘Forms’ section on the home page).
3.  A completed NJCAA Affidavit (can be downloaded in the ‘Forms’ section on the home page).

Failure to bring all required material listed above will forfeit your opportunity to tryout.
