The following requirements must be met prior to tryout:
- Full-time enrollment (12 or more credit hours)
- Completed physical forms (signed and stamped by a physician)
Forms can be downloaded online or picked up from the Athletics Dept. (Pucher-LeMay, 380 or 382).
